About: I have had a strong interest in healthcare service since a young age. Encouraged by this passion I have recently completed my National diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology. While studying I did a four month S.I.W.E.S (students' industrial work experience scheme) as a pharmacy technician for God's Hope Hospital. My responsibilities in this role included interpretation of prescription sheets, dispensing of medications to patients, inventory control and assisting on the floor with stock movements. This position has given me key employ-ability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment. I have been recognized for my high level of motivation and my strong communication skills. I am able to adapt my communication style to reflect the needs of any audience. I have a high level of problem-solving skills and a willingness to focus on my ongoing professional development.
